REAL FRIENDS / CAN’T SWIM / CARLY COSGROVE / SLOW JOY

Illinois emo group Real Friends have announced a tour with Can’t Swim, Carly Cosgrove and Slow Joy which begins October 21 in Madison, WI and wraps up December 1 in Cleveland. The NYC show is at Irving Plaza on November 24.

JACK WHITE

While we wait for Jack White to announce a full tour for his new album No Name, he’s just announced another intimate Nashville show (happening tomorrow!).

FYA FEST 2025

Tampa hardcore fest FYA has announced the lineup for its 2025 edition which includes a Foundation reunion, plus Nails, Kids Like Us and tons more.

SONDRE LERCHE

Norwegian singer-songwriter Sondre Lerche will be in the US for a few select shows celebrating the 20th anniversary of Two-Way Monologue where he’ll play with a string quartet. He’s now playing two nights at Le Poisson Rouge on October 11 & October 12, along with LA’s Barnsdall Gallery Theatre on 10/18.

DE LA SOUL

Long Island hip hop icons De La Soul have festival dates through the fall and just announced a show at NYC’s Lincoln Center.

THE VAPORS

UK new wave vets The Vapors, who gave us 1980 hit “Turning Japanese,” will be touring the US starting August 23 in San Diego. Dates wrap up in NY with two nights at Mercury Lounge on September 6 & 7, and then they stop at Woodstock’s Colony on September 8. Those shows are all with Woodstock band Pajamazon.

THE HOLD STEADY MASSIVE NIGHTS 2024

The Hold Steady have announced the 2024 edition of their annual holiday Massive Nights residency in Brooklyn.
