Phoenix & Kavinsky share new version of viral Olympics hit “Nightcall” ft Angèle

Phoenix‘s guest-filled performance during the Olympics closing ceremony netted a surprise viral hit when they brought out fellow French group Kavinsky to perform new version of “Nightcall” with them at the ceremony, that also featured Belgian pop star Angèle. The three artists have now released a studio version of the updated “Nightcall.” Thomas Mars and Angèle both contribute vocals, and it was produced and performed by Phoenix and Kavinsky.

The original version of “Nightcall” was produced with Daft Punk’s Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, was mixed by SebastiAn and features vocals from CSS’ Lovefoxxx. A lot of people know it from the Drive soundtrack.
