Lorenzo Senni releases new single, Vandalize Music, on Warp
Lorenzo Senni has released a new single called “Vandalize Music” on Warp Records.
The title comes from American photographer John Divola’s Vandalism series of photographs from the 1970s. Senni took inspiration for his own approach of “vandalizing” trance music, explaining: “The process started with the endless build-up compositions, the idea of pointillistic trance, and evolved through my Rave Voyeur concept.”
Earlier this year, Senni released the Scacco Matto album, whose cover featured a Divola photograph.
