Larry Heard's 1994 album, Sceneries Not Songs, Volume, 1 gets first time vinyl reissue
Originally released on Black Market International, the New Age record marked a prominent shift from Heard’s previous releases, merging house with ambient and jazz. The LP was the Chicago house great’s first major release under his given name, following a slew of projects released under his alias Mr. Fingers.
The forthcoming record will be pressed as a double-LP, featuring an additional track, “Question Of Time,” which was previously only available on CD. The album is out on August 24th.
