Dro Carey announces new album, Nothing Is A Solo Project

Dro Carey will release a new album called Nothing Is A Solo Project on September 18th via Melbourne label Soothsayer.

While the Sydney artist has released albums through other aliases like Tuff Sherm, PMM and under his given name Eugene Ward, this will be his first album as Dro Carey, the project he debuted in 2010.

Nothing Is A Solo Project sees Ward collaborating with a handful of vocalists including Alexx A-Game and Rara Zulu. Speaking to the name of the album, Ward said: “I want to recognise not only the featured artists, but the creators of the sample libraries and the contributions of engineers, designers, managers, label teams and audiences in shaping the final creative work.”
