Riley Green and Lara Spencer Named Hosts for ‘CMA Fest Presented by SoFi’

Country music sensation Riley Green and Good Morning America host Lara Spencer have been tapped to lead the upcoming television special, “CMA Fest Presented by SoFi.” The three-hour broadcast will capture the highlights of the annual festival, which is scheduled to take place in downtown Nashville from June 4-7.

The special is slated to air on June 25 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on ABC, with streaming availability on Hulu beginning the following day. Viewers can expect a showcase of country music’s biggest stars and emerging talent, featuring exclusive collaborations and surprise performances that define the festival experience.

CMA Fest will utilize multiple iconic Nashville venues, including Nissan Stadium, the Chevy Riverfront Stage, the Dr Pepper Amp Stage, the Chevy Vibes Stage, and the Wrangler Remix Stage. The star-studded lineup for the Nissan Stadium main stage includes heavy hitters such as Jason Aldean, Ella Langley, Tim McGraw, HARDY, Cody Johnson, Blake Shelton, Zach Top, Keith Urban, Tucker Wetmore, Lainey Wilson, and Bailey Zimmerman.

For Riley Green, this hosting gig marks another milestone in a banner year. The singer-songwriter secured multiple CMA Awards last November, including single, song, and music video of the year for his hit “You Look Like You Love Me,” featuring Ella Langley. His momentum continues on the charts, with two No. 1 Billboard Country Airplay hits: “Worst Way” and “Don’t Mind If I Do,” the latter also featuring Langley.

Beyond his musical success, Green is expanding his footprint in entertainment. He recently appeared in the series Marshals as a former Navy SEAL and is set to join the coaching panel of The Voice later this year, alongside industry veterans Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and Queen Latifah.

“CMA Fest Presented by SoFi” is a production of the Country Music Association. It is executive produced and written by Robert Deaton and directed by Alan Carter. This year’s broadcast marks the 23rd consecutive year that the CMA has produced a summer concert television special.
