SNOW PATROL
Snow Patrol have announced their first North American tour in six years with dates in March and April, including NYC’s Brooklyn Paramount on April 8.
WEIRD AL
Weird Al has announced the Bigger and Weirder Tour, where he’s pulling out all the stops with more costume changes, more parodies and more band members.
AMERICAN FOOTBALL
American Football announced that they’ll play Run For Cover’s 20th anniversary Something in the Way festival in Boston, plus a Connecticut show at District Music Hall on 1/31 right before that. They’re also in the midst of their LP1 25th anniversary tour, with two Brooklyn shows coming up in October.
HEART
Heart have added more dates to their 2025 Royal Flush Tour, including a NYC show at Radio City Music Hall.
SLIFT / MEATBODIES
French heavy psych trio SLIFT released ILON, their first album for Sub Pop, back in January, and they’ll be in North America in just a couple weeks for a tour with Meatbodies leading up to their appearance at Levitation Fest in Austin.
JHENÉ AIKO
Jhené Aiko has announced a third leg of her “Magic Hour Tour,” happening in late fall with Jessie Reyez, Shenseea, Kiana Lede, Tink, and Starzza also on the bill. Stops include Toronto, Pittsburgh, Long Island (UBS Arena on 12/3), Baltimore, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Miami and Memphis.
BEVERLY-GLENN COPELAND
Beverly Glenn-Copeland revealed he has been diagnosed with dementia, but that “it does not impact my ability to be fully in the moment with those I love.” He’s also going on a brief final tour.
ANGEL DU$T REPLACING THE CHISEL AT NYC SPEED SHOW
The Chisel had to cancel their tour, which included Riot Fest this past weekend and an NYC date with Speed. Angel Du$t has now replaced them on the Speed bill at Le Poisson Rouge this Wednesday (9/25), and they also play the Brooklyn show at Elsewhere on Tuesday (9/24).
HELADO NEGRO
Helado Negro has a few fall tour dates at the end of September, including Basilica Soundscape. Just after that, he’ll DJ at Brooklyn’s Selva on September 29.
LOW CUT CONNIE
Low Cut Connie is releasing a concert film titled Art Dealers, and you can watch the trailer for that below. There are screenings of the film throughout the month, and just after that the band will be going on tour, including a NYC-area show at Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on October 18.
