SiR
SiR has announced the Bad Karma Tour which hits 18 cities across the US and Canada this summer with Zacari opening all shows. The NYC stop is at Brooklyn Paramount on July 29.
THE ZUTONS
Liverpool band The Zutons are gearing up to release their first album in 16 years, and they’ve just announced they’ll be heading across the Atlantic this fall for their first US and Canada shows since 2006. It’s currently just a few shows, hitting Toronto, NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
DEVOTCHKA
DeVotchKa will be on the This is How It Ends 20th anniversary tour this year and new Northeast dates have just been announced, including a NYC show at Le Poisson Rouge on September 13.
$UICIDEBOY$
New Orleans rap duo $uicideboy$ have are gearing up to release new album New World Depression on June 14 via their own G59 Records, and they’ve just announced the 2024 edition of their annual ‘Grey Day Tour,’ which features support from Denzel Curry, Pouya, HAARPER, Shakewell, and Ekkstacy.
REYNA TROPICAL
Reyna Tropical will be on tour supporting her new album Malegría starting this week, including a sold-out Brooklyn show at Public Records on Saturday, April 6 and then dates supporting Portugal. The Man. She’s just announced new summer shows around her appearance at Newport Folk Festival, including another Brooklyn show at Sultan Room on August 2.
RUFUS WAINWRIGHT
Rufus Wainwright has announced a residency at instimate NYC supper club Cafe Carlyle from from October 15 to 19. Wainwright will sing Cole Porter and songs from his musical “Opening Night.” All dates are here.
NYC TATTOO ARTS CONVENTION
The first annual New York City Tattoo Arts Convention goes down at Terminal 5 on July 26-28, and they’ve just announced an absolutely stacked lineup of hardcore bands — Integrity, Orange 9mm, more — that are playing it. The music goes down on the venue’s rooftop (a 250-capacity space).
IBIBIO SOUND MACHINE
London dance group Ibibio Sound Machine have announced a few Summer North American dates. So far those happen in Quebec City, Toronto, Baie-Saint-Paul, Denver, Fort Collins, and Park City before heading to Chapel Hill for Merge 35 fest.
SWANSEA SOUND (HEAVENLY / POOH STICKS)
Swansea Sound, the UK indiepop supergroup led by Heavenly‘s Amelia Fletcher and Pooh Sticks‘ Hue Williams (and also featuring with Heavenly’s Rob Pursey, The Dentists‘ Bob Collins, and Death in Vegas‘ Ian Button), will be touring the US East Coast this June. The dates coincide with Heavenly’s NYC shows that happen just prior to this run, and Swansea Sound will play NYC, DC, Providence, Boston and Philadelphia.
HORSE LORDS
Baltimore’s Horse Lords will be at Wilco’s Solid Sound festival and the Vancouver International Jazz Festival at the tail end of June and surrounding those festival appearances, the band have a few other tour dates.
KATIE VON SCHLEICHER
Kate Von Schleicher will be touring this spring, including dates supporting Frankie Cosmos.
ROCKAWAY HOTEL SUMMER SHOW SCHEDULE
The Rockaway Hotel has announced it’s initial lineup of summer concerts, which include Monophonics, Lady Wray, Say She She, Houndmouth, Wet, Donavon Frankenreiter, and more.
