OASIS

Oasis officially announced North American dates today which are all at stadiums and other giant outdoor venues. They also announced they will not use dynamic pricing for ticket sales.

TODAY IS THE DAY

Nashville experimental metal band Today is the Day will be on tour this fall, starting October 22 in New Hope, PA and wrapping up on Halloween in Ithaca, NY. Stops include Brooklyn (The Meadows on October 28) and Clifton NJ (Dingbatz on October 30).

MARY J BLIGE

Mary J Blige will be on the road in 2025 on the For Fans Tour, which has NE-YO and Mario opening. “I am so excited to kick off this tour. I have amazing fans and am so grateful for all of the love and support they have given me throughout the years,” says Blige.

BILLIE EILISH

Billie Eilish began her tour supporting this year’s great Hit Me Hard and Soft at Quebec’s Vidéotron Centre on Sunday night (9/29), and has added more LA dates.

THE VOIDS

Julian Casablancas’ other band, The Voids, just released their new album LIke All Before You and will be in NYC soon for shows at The Apollo on 10/18 and Knockdown Center on 10/21 both of which are with Crack Cloud. In between those shows they’ll do a signing at Rough Trade on October 20.

FYA FEST 2025

Florida’s FYA Fest has announced full details of its 2025 edition which happens January 4 & 5 at Orlando Amphitheatre. They’ve added some bands and released the daily lineups.

MAYA HAWKE

Maya Hawke, who you may have heard as the voice of Anxiety in this summer’s Pixar hit Inside Out 2, released her third album Chaos Angel back in May and she’s got a new EP, Clipped Wings, out this Friday and she’ll be on tour in early 2025.

WE ARE SCIENTISTS

Having already toured it in the UK, We Are Scientists are bringing their Brain Thrust Mastery tour to their hometown of NYC at Bowery Ballroom on December 4. They will play their 2008 second album in full along with other songs from their discography.

JOY OLADOKUN

Singer-songwriter Joy Oladokun will release new album Observations From a Crowded Room on October 18 and will support it on The Blackbird Tour which will hit US and Canadian cities in early 2025.

VERBÖTEN

Verböten, the childhood punk band of Jason Narducy (Bob Mould, Superchunk), are back together after 40 years and will released their self-titled debut this Friday. They’ll also celebrate with their first show in 41 years, happening at Evanston, IL’s SPACE on Saturday, October 5.

STAND UP FOR HEROES 2024

Lincoln Center has announced the 2024 edition of the annual Stand Up for Heroes benefit which happens Veteran’s Day with Jim Gaffigan, Norah Jones, Mark Normand, DJ Questlove, Patti Scialfa, Jerry Seinfeld, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart, and more still to be announced.
