WORRIERS

Worries will support their new album Trust Your Gut on tour this spring with Future Teens and Mint Green. The NYC stop is at Brooklyn Made on May 13.

OF MONTREAL

of Montreal will be playing their 2005 album The Sunlandic Twins on tour for its 20th anniversary, and they’ve added lots more dates.

PULP

Pulp played lots of new songs on their 2024 tour, and announced last year that they had signed to Rough Trade Records. There’s still no word on whether those two things add up to New Pulp Album, but the band have just announced 2025 summer tour dates.

PET SYMMETRY

Pet Symmetry, the Chicago emo/punk trio of Evan Weiss (Into It. Over It.), Marcus Nuccio (Ratboys), and Erik Czaja (Dowsing), have announced a tour, including shows with Pony, Phony, M.A.G.S., Diners, and Jimmy Montague, varying by date.

DEMETRI MARTIN

Comedian Demetri Martin will be on The Quick Draw Tour this spring and summer, hitting the NYC-area on June 14 at The Bell House (early & late shows) in Brooklyn, and June 20 at The Wellmont Theater in Montclair.

CYMANDE

UK funk/jazz cult legends Cymande kicked off their first US tour in 10 years last night in NYC and are now making their way across the country.

COACHELLA SIDESHOWS

Coachella is coming up in April and they’ve announced a bunch of official Sideshows at nearby California venues, including Beth Gibbons, Basement Jaxx, Jimmy Eat World, GoRilla, Kneecap, and more.

BETH GIBBONS (PORTISHEAD)

In addition to her Coachella Sideshow in LA, Portishead’s Beth Gibbons has added other dates to her upcoming solo tour with Bill Ryder-Jones.

DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE

Earlier this week, Death Cab for Cutie announced a three-city tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their major label debut, 2005’s Plans. Unsurprisingly they’ve added additional shows in all three cities.

BUFFALO TOM

Nineties indie rock vets Buffalo Tom have a few 2025 tour dates on the books: NYC’s Sony Hall on May 17 is their only US show currently, but they’ve got two shows in Spain (Madrid, Valencia) in September.

STURGILL SIMPSON

Sturgill Simpson has announced a new round of shows supporting his fantastic 2024 album as Johnny Blue Skies, Passage Du Desir.

THE MARY WALLOPERS

Ireland’s The Mary Wallopers will be on tour this spring, with a Brooklyn show at Warsaw on April 25; that show is now sold out, so they’ve added a show at Warsaw on April 26. They’ve also now got two Chicago shows at Martyrs on April 18 & 19.

HALSEY

Halsey has announced the 2025 ‘Halsey: For My Last Trick Tour’ in support of their new album The Great Impersonator, and they’ve got some cool openers lined up, including select dates with indie faves Alvvays and Magdalena Bay, a Hollywood Bowl show with Evanescence (one of the influences Halsey cited on The Great Impersonator), and more.

MATTHEW LOGAN VASQUEZ (DELTA SPIRIT)

Delta Spirit’s Matthew Logan Vasquez will be taking his new Texas band on the road this spring, playing an “Mostly Delta Spirit” set. “We’re deep diving a lot of old stuff that I’m not sure if we’ll ever revisit,” he says. The tour hits NYC at Mercury Lounge on May 20.

EZRA FURMAN

Ezra Furman’s 10th album, Goodbye Small Head, will be out May 16 via Bella Union, and she’ll be on tour in support.
