GARY CLARK JR
Gary Clark Jr has added more dates to his 2025 tour schedule, including visits to St. Paul, Asheville, St. Louis, and Asbury Park’s Stony Pony Summer Stage on July 5.
PAUL SIMON
Paul Simon retired from touring in 2018, but now he’s unretired.
PHISH
Phish have added summer dates to their 2025 tour schedule, including stops in Manchester (NH), Pittsburgh, Austin, Boulder, Columbus, Charleston (SC), Philadelphia, Chicago, NYC, and Saratoga Springs. They’ve also got spring shows starting in April.
RAPHAEL SAADIQ
Raphael Saadiq announced a career-spanning one-man-show called No Bandwidth! that he’ll perform at select venues around the country. “I’ve always wanted to do a one-man show,” he says. “I want to challenge myself. My one-person show has three acts; I will be talking about my career, bringing a couple of instruments to express myself, singing my original music as well as covers of songs I wish I had written, and more. I want it to feel magical and like a Broadway show.” He’ll bring that to NYC (The Apollo on May 31), LA (The United Theater on June 6), and Oakland (Fox Theater on June 7).
SUPERGRASS
Supergrass’ classic debut album turns 30 on May 15, and to celebrate they’re playing it in full on tour around the world, including a few US shows.
SUPERDRAG
Superdrag have announced their first NYC and LA shows in 15 years.
SUPERHEAVEN
Grungegaze trailblazers Superheaven, who have been releasing new songs, have announced a spring tour.
WARDRUNA / CHELSEA WOLFE
Norwegian dark folk vets Wardruna just released their new album Birna, and will be on tour for most of 2025 in support. That includes a North American run in September; most shows are with special guest Chelsea Wolfe, who played with them at Red Rocks in 2024.
KARATE
Karate returned with their first new album in 20 years, Make It Fit, last year (after reuniting for their first shows in 17 years in 2022) and they’ve now announced a US tour.
LIDO FESTIVAL (MASSIVE ATTACK, JAMIE XX, CHARLI XCX, MORE)
Massive Attack will play London’s Victoria Park on June 6 as part of the Lido Festival series. The show will be the first London headliner festival set to be 100% powered by battery, as part of the group’s work with Act 1.5 to help decarbonise live music events. The day also features sets from AIR, Yasiin Bey and The Alchemist as FORENSICS, and Tirzah. The Lido series also features performances by Jamie xx (June 7), Charli XCX (June 14), London Grammar (June 15) and more.
SAMIA
Samia has announced a North American tour in support of her upcoming album Bloodless.
THE PHARCYDE
’90s hip hop greats The Pharcyde are on tour this spring, with shows in Oakland, Quebec City, Toronto, NYC (Brooklyn Bowl on 4/20), and the Rock the Bells Cruise 2025.
LIL BABY
Atlanta trap star Lil Baby kicked off 2025 with the release of his new album WHAM (which stands for “Who Hard As Me”) on January 3, and now he has announced a world tour in support of it. Fast-rising Texas rapper BigXthaPlug will open the North American and Australia/New Zealand legs, and NLE Choppa and Loe Shimmy will also open the North American dates.
HIGH VIS / MILITARIE GUN
London’s High Vis and LA’s Militarie Gun have been at the forefront of the current alt-rock/hardcore crossover for the past few years, and now they’re teaming up for a North American tour this spring.
KYLESA
Savannah sludge greats Kylesa have been gradually rolling out reunion dates, including previously-announced appearances at Netherlands festival Roadburn in April and Toronto festival Prepare the Ground in May/June, and now they’ve announced their first two headlining US club shows.
JON SPENCER
Jon Spencer & the HITmakers will be on a West Coast tour starting Thursday (2/20) in San Diego, with stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Calgary, and more.
ALLIE X
Allie X didn’t get to tour her 2020 album Cape God around the time of its release, right as the Covid pandemic was taking hold, but she’s now announced “5 year reunion” shows for the album in May.
ONE STEP CLOSER
One Step Closer have announced 2025 tour dates in continued support of last year’s All You Embrace. US dates kick off May 17 in Lakewood, OH and run though June 21 in Greensboro, NC with Magnitude, Bleed, World of Pleasure, Ends of Sanity, and Footballhead joining then at various points along the way.
LAKE
Pacific Northwest indiepop vets LAKE will release their 10th album, Bucolic Gone, on March 7, and will head out on an extensive tour, including their first Northeast shows in over a decade.
