COCO & CLAIR CLAIR

Duo Coco & Clair Clair release new album Girl on August 30 and have announced a North American tour in support. Dates are with SadBoi and include a NYC show at Irving Plaza on November 2. Before that, Coco & Clair Clair will appear at the All Things Go Festival NYC at Forest Hills Stadium on 9/28.

THE HARD QUARTET (STEPHEN MALKMUS, MATT SWEENEY, JIM WHITE, EMMETT KELLY)

After a few weeks of teasing, The Hard Quartet — the new group featuring Stephen Malkmus (Pavement), Matt Sweeney (Chavez), Jim White (Dirty Three) and Emmett Kelly (Ty Segall) — have officially announced themselves, shared their first single and announced shows in NYC, LA and London.

JEFF TWEEDY

Wilco wrapped up their summer tour earlier this month, and now frontman Jeff Tweedy has announced that he’ll hit the road on a solo tour in the fall.

LYLE LOVETT

Quirky country icon Lyle Lovett has announced 2025 dates with his Acoustic Band, hitting many points in Texas, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, California and more. He’s got a busy rest of 2024 too, and will be out with his Large Band through October. All dates are here.

DEFTONES

Deftones will be in Chicago this weekend for Lollapalooza on Saturday, one of just a few shows they have lined up at the moment. Ahead of that, they’ll play a last minute intimate warm up show in Chicago.

HIS NAME IS ALIVE

Long-running Michigan experimental group His Name is Alive just announced a 6-LP box set of their early-’90s albums on 4AD, and will be playing a few US shows this fall.

PORRIDGE RADIO

UK band Porridge Radio will release their fourth album this fall and will tour for it in early 2025.

BOOGARINS

Brazilian psych-rock band Boogarins are playing festivals Desert Daze and Levitation this fall, and are are touring around those appearances. They don’t make it to the East Coast, but dates include San Francisco, Phoenix, Omaha, Chicago, San Antonio and more.

THE BUG CLUB

Punky UK duo The Bug Club will release their first album for Sub Pop this summer and will head across the pond in October for a few shows, including Brooklyn, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle.

HOTLINE TNT / DISQ

Hotline TNT and Disc are touring tother this fall and have announced more shows.

KING DIAMOND

King Diamond has announced his first North American tour since 2019.

ASEETHE

Midwestern heavy band Aseethe have a few summer tour dates on the books, inculding shows with Locrian, BIG!BRAVE!, Wolf Eyes and more. They’ve also announced a Northwest run this fall with Oriska. Head here for all dates.

CIRITH UNGOL

Heavy metal/hard rock legends Cirith Ungol are wrapping up their career as a live band with shows in Belgium in August and Germany’s Keep It True Festival Rising IV before heading to NYC for what they say is their last-ever show. Originally it was two nights at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus, but with the venue now closed the show has moved to one night at The Meadows on October 29, still presented by Saint Vitus, with Sanhedrin.

PEARL & THE OYSTERS

LA-based duo Pearl & The Oysters have announced a new album, Planet Pearl, which will be out September 20 via Stones Throw, as well as a fall tour.
