HAVE A NICE LIFE
Genre-defying band Have a Nice Life have announced a few summer shows, hitting DC, Philly and Boston in July and Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle later in the summer.

Florida death metal legends Morbid Angel have announced the “Devastation of the Nation Tour 2024,” which will have them out with some equally heavy support: fellow death metal vets Suffocation, Portland black metallers Uada, Olympia’s Mortiferum, Italian death metallers Fulci, and Memphis grinders Knoll.

Jeff Rosenstock returns to Brooklyn for a unique residency at Greenpoint venue Warsaw that could theoretically go on forever.

Portland folk trio Joseph will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut album on tour this fall. “This is a pivotal moment for our band between everything that has been and all that’s to come so we’re deeply excited for these shows to be together with you. We’re commemorating the last decade and ushering in what’s coming next,” say the band. Becca Mancari will open the tour, and the NYC stop is September 11 at Le Poisson Rouge.
BEN FOLDS
Ben Folds has added fall dates to his Paper Airplanes tour, where he takes requests from the audience via paper airplanes thrown onto the stage. There’s a lot of new dates that have him out from September through November including Los Angeles, Reno, Olympia, Fort Wayne, NYC (Brooklyn Paramount on 11/12), Austin, Dallas, and lots more.

The inaugural No Values fest happens in Pomona in June, and some of the bands have added headlining shows around the fest, including Power Trip, The Damned, The Jesus Lizard, Bad Religion, and more.

Saosin have announced their first tour with vocalist Cove Reber (who sings on their 2006 self-titled album and 2009’s In Search of Solid Ground) in 14 years.

Irish band Fontaines D.C. will be in NYC next week to preview songs from their forthcoming fourth album.

Action Bronson has been doing Dr. Bachlava & The Human Growth Hormone live band shows, and he’s added two new ones in NYC.

Jeff Goldblum is bringing The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra back to the East Coast for a brief tour, including three NYC-area shows.
