Nil’s sonic flair is, in fact, being quiet, allowing the absence of noise to enable a focused exploration of the deeper aspects within his craft.
We had the chance to listen to Nil Elses’ debut EP “Quiet Invocations”, and the overall result is a superlative experience where the said artist has skillfully introduced his vision without ‘trying too hard,’ while still leaving room for experimentation and venturing beyond the confines of his comfort zone. Initially recorded in Seattle, then mixed and mastered in Chile by LeRockPsicophonique, the selection contains six tunes that collectively embody the essence of Nil Elses’ artistry.
