Stamp The Wax's charity advent calendar returns with Ethiopian Records, Otik
Stamp The Wax is selling a track every day of December as part of this year’s charity advent calendar.
So far, music from Bawrut, Autarkic, Nandele and more has gone live on the compilation’s Bandcamp page, with tracks by the likes of Otik, Jaye Ward, Rose Bonica, Stones Taro and recent RA podcaster Ethiopian Records still to come. The music will be available to buy until January 31st, 2021.
All proceeds from the compilation will be split between two charities: You Make It, a London-based organisation offering young women access to tools, networks and experiences—including group learning, work experience, start-up support—and the Nigeria-based Project Protect, a subdivision of Burna Boy’s charitable NGO The Reach.
