Remo Drive announce new LP ‘Mercy,’ share title track (watch video)

Remo Drive have announced their fourth album, Mercy, due out on Febriary 23 via Epitaph. It was produced by Phil Ek, known for his work with The Shins, Band of Horses, Built to Spill and more, and vocalist and guitarist Erik Paulson says, “It was refreshing to work with Phil. It made music feel like how it did when we were younger. He was like fuck it, let’s go, let’s have fun.”

Mercy includes Remo Drive’s first single in three years, October’s “No, There’s No Hope For You,” and December’s “New in Town.” They’ve shared the title track, which, according to the press release, was inspired by a Nick Cave interview about the concept of mercy, and is accompanied by a video directed by Sydney Ostrander. Remo Drive will be on tour with Wilt in March and April, including an NYC show at Brooklyn Made on April 9. Tickets are on sale now, and you can see all dates below.
