Noun, Cassie Ramone, Shilpa Ray & more playing Brooklyn’s Rogue Music Festival
Rogue Music Festival, a “queer-female-run music festival dedicated to paying artists fairly,” will return to Brooklyn this summer for its second edition, happening on August 9 at Baby’s All Right, August 10 at 3 Dollar Bill, and August 11 at Starr Bar.
The night 1 lineup features Noun (the solo project of Marissa Paternoster, formerly of Screaming Females), Mint Green, Night Spins, Kolezanka, Crosslegged, and AK & The Hallucinations.
Night 2 features Shilpa Ray, Comet, Dreamcrusher, Paisley Fields, OHYUNG, My Wonderful Boyfriend, P.H.0, and Roni.
Night 3 has Cassie Ramone (of Vivian Girls and The Babies), Sammus, Kahiem Rivera, Balaclava, Sandile, and Debbie Dopamine.
Tickets for nights one, two, and three are on sale now.
Noun recently released “WANTED/CONSUMED,” Marissa’s first new music since Screaming Females broke up, and they play Alphaville tonight (7/19).
Cassie’s new solo album Sweetheart is out now, and she also has a few The Babies shows lined up in September.
Shilpa has a free show at Rockaway Amphitheater on Saturday (6/20) as part of the Rock! Away! Summer Fest.
