julie announce fall tour with They Are Gutting a Body of Water, Frost Children & Her New Knife
LA shoegaze/noise rock trio julie recently announced their full-length debut album, my anti-aircraft friend, and now they’ve announced a headlining tour supporting it. They’ll be joined by They Are Gutting a Body of Water, Her New Knife, and Frost Children for the fall North American shows, varying by date; ahead of those, they also have dates supporting Faye Webster and Alex G, and a few shows with Hello Mary and Dutch Interior. The headlining run includes an NYC show at Webster Hall on October 22, which is with TAGABOW and Her New Knife. Tickets to all new dates go on sale Friday, July 19 at 10 AM local time, with various presales starting Wednesday, July 17 at 10 AM local time.
TAGABOW just played Sound and Fury, and they say they’re recording now; they released a collaborative track with Greg Mendez and Sun Organ, “Krillin,” earlier this year. Frost Children, meanwhile, are throwing a two-night NYC fest later this summer.
