Jeff Rosenstock added to Taking Back Sunday’s rescheduled Pier 17 show this week
Taking Back Sunday were scheduled to wrap up their summer tour with Citizen in NYC on Sunday (8/18) with their second show at The Rooftop at Pier 17. That’s now been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 20 because of severe weather on Sunday. You can read the statement from the venue below.
Jeff Rosenstock will now join Taking Back Sunday as support when they perform on Tuesday, warming up for his Brooklyn residency at Warsaw, which begins on Wednesday (8/21). “Y2K Long Island scene kids rise up tomorrow Pier 17 NYC baby,” Jeff writes on Instagram.
The residency includes shows with Chris Farren (8/21), Good Luck (playing their first NYC show since 2012, 8/22), Catbite (8/23), Oceanator (8/24), Laura Stevenson (8/25), PUP (8/27), and JER (8/29). A few final tickets were recently released for all dates, and we’re giving away a pair of tickets to the show of the winner’s choice.
