Helmet & Local H cancel tour due to “lower than expected ticket sales”

Helmet and Local H were scheduled to head out on tour together this fall, but they’ve cancelled the dates due to “significant financial concerns and lower than expected ticket sales.” Helmet vocalist and guitarist Page Hamilton points out that ticket sales have been “a common problem for many artists this year” in the band’s statement, which you can read in full below.

Helmet also have shows in Europe and the UK celebrating the 30th anniversary of their 1994 album Betty scheduled in November and December, and those are going ahead as planned. See all dates below.

HELMET’S STATEMENT ON CANCELLED FALL TOUR WITH LOCAL H

Helmet regrets to announce we are having to cancel the upcoming US tour with Local H. The cancellation is caused by a mix of significant financial concerns and lower than expected ticket sales which is a common problem for many artists this year. We look forward to getting back out on the road in 2025. In the meantime, our European Tour this November goes ahead as planned.
