Head Automatica, The Movielife, Crime In Stereo & Family Dinner announce December shows

Fans of ’90s/early 2000s Long Island emo and post-hardcore, take note: Glassjaw vocalist Daryl Palumbo’s Head Automatica project and The Movielife have announced five co-headlining shows together for this December, with support from their old friends Crime In Stereo on all but one of the dates and their new LI friends Family Dinner on all of them. They’ll stop in Hartford, CT (Webster Underground on December 4 without Crime in Stereo), Asbury Park, NJ (House of Independents on December 5), Philadelphia (Underground Arts on December 6), Baltimore (Ottobar on December 7), and NYC (Gramercy Theatre on December 8).

Tickets to all dates go on sale Friday, October 25 at 12 PM EDT, with various presales starting Tuesday, October 22 at 10 AM EDT.

Ahead of these dates, Family Dinner have an NYC show with Sharkswimmer, Common Sage, Public Opinion, and TwoWayRadio at Gold Sounds on November 8.

Daryl brought Head Automatica back last year for their first tour in over 10 years, and they released their first new song in 18 years, “Bear The Cross,” in May. Last week a second new one called “Annulment” was released and then removed from streaming services, but now appears to be coming out this Friday (10/25).
