Gooooose and DJ Scotch Egg collaborate on new SVBKVLT release
JAC was recorded when the Shanghai label flew DJ Scotch Egg from Berlin to China for a studio session with Gooooose. (Japanese producer Scotch Egg had previously met them at Nyege Nyege Festival in Uganda.) The six-track record was recorded just before the outbreak of COVID-19, and incorporates vocals from Ugandan MC Swordman Kitala, which were recorded by Scotch Egg during his residency in Uganda last year.
Slikback, TSVI and Seven Orbits feature on remix duty. The release is out on August 28th.
