David Castillo (Saint Vitus, Confines) lists his favorite albums of 2024
Saint Vitus Bar closed this year, but booker and co-owner Dave Castillo has kept busy in many ways including keeping Saint Vitus alive through promotion of shows at other venues, and by making and performing music with his industrial solo project Confines. To wrap up the year, he’s made us a list of his 40 favorite albums of ’24. He writes:
2024 was one of the most tumultuous years I’ve had in a long time, and that’s saying something. These 40 records got me through the enormous peaks and valleys this past year had to offer. Thank you to these artists for helping me get through the good, bad and ugly.
