Bruce Gibbons Keeps Making Waves With “Don’t Believe What You Hear” Ft. Dom Fricot

EDM powerhouse Bruce Gibbons gives details on his latest single “Don’t Believe What You Hear;” “It all started with the bass. I was playing around trying to create that funk-wav & soul-type sound. Then, it all came together with each element that got added next.”

The electronica DJ and producer collaborates with singer-songwriter Dom Fricot on this tech-house single that evokes sensations with its progressive patterns and sounds. With energy-driven compositions and sublime lyrics, the artists show great chemistry and harmony. 

Gibbons mentioned in an interview about the equation he has with Fricot: “I heard Dom on a few records before, and when the song was in what I call the “Demo Phase,” I reached out to him, and the rest was history. He’s a great songwriter and a fantastic singer. He helped take the track to the next level for sure.”

Released via the House and Techno Record Label Soniquarium, “Don’t Believe What You Hear” follows other hit tracks like “Technically Right,” “Save Our Souls,” “Turn Back Time,” “Connection,” and more. 

Bruce Gibbons has been working with the label company since his 2019 debut “Like Yesterday.” Right now, he’s getting ready to release the anticipated forthcoming album via Soniquarium.
