Dada Life’s Crash & Smile, the sub-imprint under Revealed Recordings has grown its legion of forthcoming producers who deserve the exposure. A promising collaboration emerged there, involving Blink, Kazden, and Jetty Rachers: three aliases that designed an interesting festival-ready track “One Day Soon”. Vocalizing the instrumental is Robbie Rosen, a distinctive voice in EDM.

Speaking about the repertoire of the individual artists involved here, the Singapore-based Kazden and Thai moniker Jetty Rachers are sincerely into creating robust electro/big room house incendiaries for years now. As a matter of fact, one of Kazden’s early releases was with D3FAI (whose Big Room style was all the rage in 2017); Rachers, meanwhile, has been a known figure with his signature style and receiving numerous supports from multiple labels and significant industrial acts. Blink’s association is of intrigue here, as the Malaysian producer has mainly worked on dance-pop and chill-trap records and seemingly taken a U-turn by synergizing on a future rave track.

The song doesn’t waste time in displaying its intention for a good time: it starts with Rosen’s vocals flowing over an airy breakdown, mainly consisting of the notable ‘MEDUZA’ pluck. Short transition later, the drop stomps in with a future rave assortment: sharp saw synths, tonal low-end, and other hyping nuances to fit the bill. It has a mean lead riff that will fulfill its duties on the dancefloor, although not accompanied by any other surprises or alterations.

Apart from a sparser middle breakdown, “One Day Soon” ensures the essentials of a straight, hitting groove with appealing vocals, just as its creators intended.
