BBC Radio 1 to launch new show, BBC Introducing Dance, this weekend
BBC Introducing Dance will be hosted by rising star Jaguar every Sunday night/Monday morning at 12:30 AM. The aim of the 30-minute show is to highlight the next generation of electronic talent, with up-and-coming artists encouraged to send in their music via the BBC Uploader.
BBC Introducing Dance has been given the slot before Radio 1’s Residency, the station’s revolving show featuring the biggest names in dance music. Current residents include Grimes, Teki Latex and Eris Drew & Octo Octa.
