BTS Announce Global Live Screening of ‘Arirang’ World Tour Homecoming Show
BTS’ ARIRANG Tour is set to reach a global audience in a unique way. The group has announced a one-night-only live screening of their homecoming concert at the Busan Asiad Municipal Stadium in South Korea.
Scheduled for June 13 — a date that holds special significance as the group’s official anniversary — the event, titled BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’ in Busan: Live Viewing, will be broadcast globally through Trafalgar Releasing. This cinematic experience offers fans who cannot attend in person the opportunity to celebrate the group’s milestone together.
Tickets for the event are scheduled to go on sale starting May 28. Fans are encouraged to check the official BTS Live Viewing website for details regarding participating theaters and local screening times.
This performance marks a poignant return for the group. It is their first show at their home stadium since 2022, signaling a major homecoming following the members’ completion of their mandatory military service. The concert serves as both a celebration of their enduring legacy and a testament to their continued global influence.
“We’re proud to continue our role in BTS’ comeback of the decade with this live viewing from Busan,” said Trafalgar CEO Marc Allenby in a statement. “Marking the anniversary of the group’s debut, this special day gives fans across the globe a chance to celebrate, wherever they may be. Together with our exhibition partners, we’re excited to make this event truly unmissable.”
Currently, BTS is in the midst of the North American leg of their Arirang world tour, which is slated to conclude next week with a four-night residency at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Following the Busan homecoming, the group will embark on a European leg in late June, followed by additional North American dates in August and September, including performances at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and SoFi Stadium in California. The Arirang world tour is currently scheduled to run through March 14.
