As spring begins, we’re back with another Weekly News Roundup. This week brought a lot of news to the music world, from Bruno Mars’ debt, to a touching Sinead O’Connor tribute from her own daughter.
One of the most attention-grabbing pop culture news stories of the year also just took a music-related turn. It turns out for his upcoming match versus Jake Paul, heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has turned to Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan for training assistance. Less music-related, another film adaptation of German fantasy novel The NeverEnding Story has been announced, which will be an entire series of films. Children of the ’80s and ’90s likely remember the original trilogy of films, released between 1984 and 1994.
