Megan Thee Stallion Accused of Forcing Cameraman to Watch Her Have Sex in Moving Car

Megan Thee Stallion’s former cameraman has claimed the rapper forced him to watch her have sex in a moving car in a lawsuit accusing her of harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

Per NBC News, Emilio Garcia filed a lawsuit on Tuesday (April 23rd) in Los Angeles County Superior Court, describing the harassment that followed the alleged incident as “so severe or pervasive” that it made for a “hostile, abusive work environment.”

The incident purportedly took place when Garcia traveled with Megan to Ibiza, Spain in June 2022. According to Garcia, he was in a moving SUV with Megan and three other women one night when the artist began having sex with one of the women.

“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked,” Garcia told NBC News. “At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.”

In the lawsuit, Garcia said Megan later told him to “don’t ever discuss what you saw.” He also said that Megan fat-shamed him during the trip, calling him a “fat bitch” and instructing him to “spit your food out.”

According to Garcia, he was treated differently once they returned from the trip. As an example, his compensation structure changed from a monthly rate to a per-assignment basis, requiring him to submit invoices for each job. The change was allegedly followed by a decrease in bookings.

Garcia also claimed he “endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress” while working for Megan, which, according to the lawsuit, caused “a loss in earnings and other employment benefits, as well as physical injuries, physical sickness, and emotional distress.”

He is seeking more than six figures for unpaid wages (plus interest), unpaid overtime wages, and other employee benefits related to alleged employment and wage violations from his classification as an independent contractor.
