Lotic releases new single, 'Cocky'

Lotic has a new single out.

“Cocky” is the Berlin producer’s second release for Houndstooth, following May’s “Burn A Print.” (You can read our review of that one here.)

“‘Cocky’ is a song for the girls,” she says. “It’s a reminder to always recognize and demand your worth. It grants permission to radically stand in your truth, even when it may shock or offend. And most of all, it’s a celebration of growth, prosperity and confidence.”

Lotic’s last major release was 2018’s Power album, which came out through Tri Angle. Last year, she worked with the KDV Dance Ensemble on a piece called Las Casas Invisibles that debuted at Berlin’s Funkhaus.
