Nightlife is another big inspiration for Jones. “I incorporate a lot of city at night in my work,” she says. “City lights at night, for whatever reason, they bring up this feeling. It’s nostalgia, this feeling of a distant dream. Especially if there’s a little moisture in the air and it’s a little thick, it’s just so captivating to me.”
