Microwave announce fall tour with Prince Daddy & the Hyena, Just Friends and Ben Quad
Microwave will continue to support their fourth album, this year’s Let’s Start Degeneracy, on the road; they’ve announced a fall US tour, kicking off on October 29 in Birmingham, AL, and wrapping up on November 23 in Orlando, FL. Billed as the Pure Noise Records Tour, it also features Microwave’s PN labelmates Prince Daddy & the Hyena and Just Friends, as well as Ben Quad, who are currently signed to Wax Bodega. Tickets to all dates go on sale Friday, July 19 at 12 PM local time.
There’s no NYC show but the tour will be nearby for shows Norwalk, CT’s District Music Hall of November 15, Asbury Park, NJ’s Asbury Lanes on November 16, and Wantagh, NY’s Mulcahy’s on November 17. All dates are listed below.
Microwave also have shows supporting Rise Against coming up. Prince Daddy & the Hyena just wrapped up a tour with Saturdays At Your Place, Riley!, and Carpool. Their last album is their great self-titled 2022 album, and vocalist Kory Gregory released his solo debut as Jophus earlier this year. Just Friends released Gusher last year. Ben Quad recently went on the Wax Bodega Tour with labelmates Carly Cosgrove and Arm’s Length, as well as Saturdays At Your Place, and the WB bands all released covers of each other to accompany that tour.
