Polaris Prize 2024 shortlist: Cindy Lee, NOBRO, more
The Polaris Music Prize has announced its 2024 shortlist of nominees for best Canadian album, and here they are:

- The Beaches – Blame My Ex
- Charlotte Cardin – 99 Nights
- DijahSB – The Flower That Knew
- Jeremy Dutcher – Motewolonuwok
- Elisapie – Inuktitut
- Cindy Lee – Diamond Jubilee
- NOBRO – Set Your Pussy Free
- Allison Russell – The Returner
- TOBi – Panic
The 2024 Polaris Prize will be given out at this year’s gala ceremony on September 17 at Toronto’s Massey Hall, featuring performances by NOBRO, Jeremy Dutcher, BAMBII, Charlotte Cardin, Elisapie, DijahSB, TOBi, and Beaches singer Jordan Miller, who will be joined by The Thunder Queens.
The 2023 Polaris Prize winner was DEBBY FRIDAY’S GOOD LUCK.
