Jubilee kicks off Magic City label with new single, Are We There Yet?

Jubilee is turning her Magic City compilation series into a label.

The first release, Are We There Yet?, is out today. The New York-based DJ and producer tells Resident Advisor she was inspired to start the label after buying a car during the pandemic and making what she calls “tape deck racks” to drive around to.

This EP follows four Magic City compilations put together by Jubilee over the past few years, featuring tracks from artists like Martyn Bootyspoon, quest?onmarc, AceMo and more.

Jubilee will perform a four-set this Saturday, October 24th to celebrate the release, as part of New York club Elsewhere‘s ongoing Elseworld streaming series. For more info, check out the event listing below.
