Robert Hood to release new EP on Rekids ahead of upcoming album

Rekids is releasing the next EP from Robert Hood on October 9th.

Nothing Stops Detroit features four new tracks, and it’s the first full solo release from Hood on Radio Slave’s label. (He’s previously appeared on Rekids as a remixer). The new record comes ahead of a full-length LP due out sometime in winter.

Hood’s most recent release was the RA-recommended The Struggle/Save The Children on his own label M-Plant, which also released a solo EP from his daughter Lyric in July. Lyric is his partner in the group Floorplan, who released the Supernatural album late last year.
