Nkisi, Aquarian and Shackleton complete lineup for Lunchmeat Festival 2020

Lunchmeat Festival will run from September 28th to October 4th in Prague.

Hosted across four venues, Ankali, CAMP, The National Gallery and Archa Theatre, the electronic music and new media art festival’s 11th edition will commence next week.

The festival is enforcing a variety of hygiene measures aimed at slowing the spread of Covid-19. These measures include moving indoor bar spaces outside, mandatory mask rules, compulsory hand sanitation at venue entrances and a program that starts and ends before midnight. Those found to be flouting the mask requirement will be barred from attending further events after their first warning. Ticket sales are limited to 300.

On Monday, the Czech Republic, a country of 10.7 million, recorded 1,476 new coronavirus cases, Reuters reports, bringing the nation’s overall number of confirmed cases to 50,764.

This year’s programme includes live performances from Axis Arkestra, SOPHIE, and Shackleton, as well as a DJ set from Helena Hauff and audiovisual offerings from Robert Henke, NONOTAK, Know V.A. & Omar El-Sadek, and Elektrabel & Æoe.
