Berlin party Herrensauna launches new label with a series of various artists 12-inches

Herrensauna, the well-loved Berlin queer techno party, will launch its new label with HSN01 V/A Vol. 1.

Over the past five years, the Tresor-based event has fostered a hard, experimental techno sound within a queer setting, led by residents like SPFDJ, Héctor Oaks and cofounders CEM and MCMLXXXV.

Oaks handles the lead-off track on HSN01 V/A Vol. 1, with other contributions coming from Copenhagen artist Sugar, Peder Mannerfelt & Pär Grindvik as Aasthma (featuring Dale Cornish) and Historical Repeater, the project from Ctrls and Solid Blake. The Berlin-via-Porto artist Mauro Ventura provided a painting for the cover, and will do so for a series of compilation EPs to follow.
