The motto behind G.O.O.D. Music’s acronym—getting out our dreams—might apply to another artist if recent news holds true. TMZ reports that Cameron Grey (the man who approached Kanye West after a Big Sean show at House of Blues LA and freestyled for him) is in the studio with Ye’s team—Anthony Kilhoffer, in particular.

The legendary producer-engineer has apparently held sessions with Grey on West’s behalf, and an album—Cocaine Ferrari—is now complete. Kilhoffer has played an instrumental role in the creation of every West project, from College Dropout to The Life of Pablo, and helped shape records by Kid Cudi, Travis $cott, and many others.

A single tweet resides on the timeline of Grey’s Twitter account, but the people he’s following might corroborate the notion that things have in fact progressed: Roc Nation, DONDA, Mike Dean, and Kilhoffer himself. The rapper recently revealed a virtual reality music experience that you can download via his website.

Watch the fateful encounter from last February right here. West asked Grey if he was interested in serving as an assistant—perhaps he took the gig and capitalized.
