Lady Gaga Unleashes Highly Anticipated Dance Album with Skrillex, Tchami, Madeon & More

Lady Gaga‘s sixth studio album has arrived in all its glory. So, let’s waste no time breaking it down!

Each track off Chromatica is bursting with nonstop dance energy, laced with the mad talented minds of Bloodpop, SkrillexAxwell, MadeonTchamiBurns, (and with writing credits from) Boys Noize, Sebastian Ingrosso and many more. The features are on point as well — Ariana Grande, BLACKPINK, and Elton John.

Even with these big names in the mix, Gaga remains incredibly true to herself and her art, championing her signature sound one dance banger after another. Aside from the intro and interludes (though they are magnificent), every track is gunning to be the star of the show. Four on the floor rhythm is the Chromatica heartbeat, complimented by Gaga’s powerhouse vocals, strong leads, and endless intricate details.

We highly recommend ingesting Chromatica in its entirety, from “Chromatica I” through “Babylon.” However, if you’re excited to hear influence from your favorite producers, listen closely to “911” to hear Madeon and “Plastic Doll” for Skrillex. BloodPop, Tchami, Axwell, and/or Burns have their hands in almost everything else. “Sine From Above” with Elton John may be the most dynamic and immaculate production of all — just wait for that outro.

What we’re listening to here is one of the best dance/pop albums of the year! Bet.
